Job Description

Sales Development Representative responsible for lead generation and prospect qualification. Driving sales for Cutterpillar by engaging potential customers remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Prospect Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, evaluate their potential as customers, and determine the fit with Cutterpillar’s products and services.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all prospect interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Cutterpillar’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with leads to keep them engaged and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Metrics Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, prospect engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time-management skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.
