Job Description
Sales Development Representative managing inbound and outbound leads for GigaBrands' growth-focused team. Qualifying prospects and supporting sales conversions in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, and messaging platforms
- Qualify prospects based on fit, needs, readiness, and budget
- Communicate GigaBrands’ Amazon-focused services clearly and confidently
- Assess prospects’ experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Handle high-level objections and clarify expectations before handoff
- Book qualified, well-prepared prospects into Closer calendars
- Provide clean, structured handoff notes so Closers can focus on conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up sequences
- Collaborate closely with Closers and Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, booking, and qualification targets
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Setter, SDR, or Sales Development professional
- Proven exposure to Amazon e-commerce environments, including Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Experience working with e-commerce brands, Amazon agencies, or performance marketing teams preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and ask effective qualifying questions
- Confidence handling early-stage objections and guiding structured conversations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales workflows
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and disciplined in a remote setup
- Strong time-management and follow-up skills
