Job Description
Sales Development Representative responsible for creating business opportunities at Aparkado. Engage with logistics companies and qualify leads for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Actively build and maintain the sales and business development pipeline
- Conduct initial outreach (cold calls) to transportation and logistics companies
- Qualify leads and prepare them for follow-up conversations
- Test and improve various outreach channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Document conversations, outcomes and learnings in the CRM
- Work closely with the founder and provide continuous market feedback
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated and eager to engage in active selling
- Comfortable with direct outreach and cold calling
- Clear, concise communication — even when handling rejection
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for trying new approaches
- Organized work style and reliability
- Previous experience in sales, support, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
