Job Description

Sales Development Representative uncovering new B2B business opportunities in EMEA through prospecting and lead generation. Engaging with potential clients to set introductory meetings and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Making Cold Calls and Prospecting New Accounts to help fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Generating qualified prospective and customer meetings for Account Executives.
  • Researching new, key accounts within our ideal customer profile to understand their current initiatives, plans, and challenges to craft personalized and account-based messaging that will be delivered via the phone, email, and social media.
  • Owning your pipeline and treat it like an abbreviated sales cycle, with a constant influx of new accounts as older ones are prospected into and qualified/disqualified.
  • Become a Tive subject-matter expert through continued learning and development to understand our solutions and competitive positioning within the market.
  • Scheduling well-qualified appointments set by outbound outreach with key decision makers within Tive’s ICP.
  • Using tools including Salesforce (CRM), Salesloft (Sales Campaigns), Zoom Info, Cognism (Account/Buyer Intent), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and G-Suite (email, file sharing, collaboration) to conduct outreach.

Requirements:

  • 0-2+ years of experience in a high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development environment.
  • A strong hunter mentality and work ethic driven by a healthy level of competitiveness.
  • High motivation and resilience in a very fast-paced environment where change is constant.
  • Experience identifying and contacting prospective customers, utilizing a multi-approach prospecting methodology - cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn/social connections
  • Proven capabilities and skills in lead management, account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a focus on collaboration.
  • Someone who can celebrate their teammates' success as much as their own but also motivated by fear of letting teammates/themselves down.
  • Professional proficiency working with Salesforce or other CRM Systems is preferred.
  • Fluent in French preferred.
