Job Description
Part time outbound sales development role focused on generating commercial leads for a cleaning company. Conducting cold calls and scheduling appointments in a supportive capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial prospects sourced organically through online research.
- Generate interest and book walkthrough appointments for free commercial cleaning estimates.
- Clearly explain the walkthrough process to potential clients and set proper expectations.
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments accurately using Google Calendar.
- Maintain meticulous records in simple spreadsheets, including clear notes on conversations and follow-up statuses.
- Follow up with prospects after walkthroughs and proposals are sent.
- Act as the professional first point of contact, ensuring the brand is represented with authority.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking cleaning staff when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection without losing motivation.
- Clear and confident phone presence.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English with a neutral and easily understandable accent.
- Fluent Spanish required to communicate with internal cleaning staff and Spanish-speaking contacts.
- Comfortable using Google Calendar, email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
- Reliable internet connection with backup solution.
