Job Description
Sales Development Representative creating a strong pipeline by engaging potential customers. Researching markets and qualifying leads for sales conversations with a focus on collaboration and feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Engaging and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services
- Initiating contact and ensuring prospects are ready to engage in meaningful sales conversations
- Handling rejection while staying motivated to meet key performance metrics
- Providing feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights
Requirements:
- Strong pipeline of opportunities
- Researching and segmenting target markets
- Identifying decision-makers within organizations
- Using outreach channels like cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media engagement
- Understanding each prospect’s industry, challenges, and goals
- Qualifying leads based on specific criteria
- Scheduling discovery calls, product demos, or meetings
- Documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborating with the marketing team
