Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Through your targeted and confident communication, you establish contact with potential customers by phone, email, or LinkedIn, present our products and services, and spark their interest.
  • Market Analysis: You research and analyze the Austrian market to identify prospective customers.
  • Networking: You develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network.
  • Stakeholder Management: You maintain contact with potential customers, answer their questions, provide additional information, and build trusting relationships.
  • Sales Support: You support our sales team by coordinating and preparing appointments and assisting with tasks such as creating materials, with the aim of acquiring new customers and further expanding existing key accounts.
  • Company Growth: You contribute significantly to Wemolo’s growth, success and market penetration.

Requirements:

  • Your Background: You have completed business-related vocational training or hold a university degree.
  • Sales Experience: You have already gained initial professional experience in a sales environment (Sales Development, Inside Sales, Sales Assistant).
  • Communication Talent: You are highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and present yourself confidently and professionally.
  • Goal Orientation: You are organized, set the right priorities and work in a very structured way.
  • Initiative: You are an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on mentality and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Language Skills: You have C2-level German and business-fluent English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
