Job Description
Sales Executive handling sales for 3M's Commercial Branding & Transportation Division. Collaborating on innovative sales strategies and performance metrics in the UK market.
Responsibilities:
- Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes
- Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
- Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
- Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support.
- Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
- Strong collaboration skills
- Team player with lots of energy
- Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
- Proven record of success
- Bachelor's degree - preferred but not essential
