Job Description

Sales Executive handling sales for 3M's Commercial Branding & Transportation Division. Collaborating on innovative sales strategies and performance metrics in the UK market.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes
  • Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
  • Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support.
  • Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Team player with lots of energy
  • Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
  • Proven record of success
  • Bachelor's degree - preferred but not essential
