Job Description

Sales & Marketing Growth Manager managing marketing and sales functions for clients. Leading growth strategies across digital marketing and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital, brand, and content domains.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies and backlink initiatives to improve search visibility.
  • Lead content creation across blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other inbound channels.
  • Drive social media presence with a focus on executive whispering via LinkedIn and related platforms.
  • Launch and optimize lead generation funnels through digital and outbound tactics.
  • Oversee targeted email campaigns, phone call scripts, and SMS workflows.
  • Supervise marketing design, branding consistency, and creative direction across channels.
  • Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), guiding efforts from prospecting to closing.
  • Oversee outbound and inbound sales strategies and performance.
  • Implement and maintain CRM systems to ensure a high-conversion sales process.
  • Map and improve the entire customer journey from lead to client success and monitor all KPI’s with month over month improvements.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through rigorous pipeline management and training.
  • Integrate marketing and sales efforts to ensure consistent messaging and ROI measurement.
  • Use data analytics and reporting tools to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuously refine customer personas, messaging, and campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and executive teams to align GTM strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven 7 years of experience managing both sales and marketing functions in a high-growth environment.
  • AI Automations and scale to provide efficiencies in all workflows is a MUST.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing SDR teams and closing sales cycles from outreach to deal.
  • Familiarity with branding, digital design tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
