Job Description
Sales Manager for GAIA AG focusing on digital health and managing client accounts in the medical sector. Engaging and acquiring clients using modern digital tools with a fully remote structure.
Responsibilities:
- Targeted outreach, acquisition, and support of clients in the medical sector, with a focus on independent physicians (private-practice doctors)
- Advising prospective clients using modern channels such as telephony, digital information materials, webinars, and other innovative tools
- Digital account management for your newly acquired clients, from initial contact through ongoing retention and support
- Marketing innovative digital health applications (DiGA) that can be prescribed by physicians and therapists as a reimbursable service on statutory health insurance prescriptions
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in sales with a proven track record
- Experience or exposure to the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous but not required
- Interest and curiosity in the growing digital health market
- Self-starter with high commitment, assertiveness, and reliability
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for telephone-based physician outreach
- Strong digital mindset and confident user of common MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Fluent German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
