Job Description

Sales Manager selling heat pumps and energy systems to Berlin homeowners. Supporting 42watt’s mission to make residential energy modernization simple and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on and sell the product portfolio with a focus on heat pumps to single-family homeowners in the Berlin region
  • Independently plan and organize on-site appointments and consultation meetings
  • Communicate transparently and develop tailored solutions from first contact through project completion
  • Resolve technical questions about heat pumps, photovoltaics, air conditioning, wallboxes (EV chargers), energy management systems (EMS) and dynamic electricity tariffs
  • Manage qualified leads and focus on customers with genuine interest
  • Act as an interface between pre-sales, customers and project coordination
  • Support smooth installation processes
  • Use a company car for field appointments and private use
  • Contribute to the energy transition in the building sector through modern energy systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical sales, ideally in B2C field sales
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energy, particularly heat pumps and photovoltaics
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to customer consulting
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to quickly acquire technical knowledge, or solid practical technical experience
  • Excellent communication skills and service orientation
  • Digital affinity and quick uptake of new tools
  • Team player with a positive attitude and active participation in shared goals
  • Fluent German (C2, required)
  • Valid driver's license (Class B, required)
