Job Description
Sales Manager for UK & Ireland implementing plans and promoting product portfolio while delivering on objectives. Join a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing plans and promoting the product portfolio
- Delivering on set objectives and maintaining perceptions across the UK
- Preparing a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast
- Ensuring accurate pricing procedures are implemented
- Recruiting, mentoring, and coordinating the Sales team
- Conducting joint customer visits to ensure good relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
- Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international
- Experience in leading teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in an international context
- Great negotiating skills
