Job Description
Sales Operations Business Analyst improving quoting, ordering, and sales operations for a global technology services team. Owning requirements, system fixes, and end-to-end UAT remotely from South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Work with country and global stakeholders to identify root causes and map current and future processes
- Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with I&T to deliver system fixes
- Plan and run end-to-end UAT, including scope, testers, data, test scripts, defects, and sign-off
- Track improvement requests through delivery
- Manage risks and dependencies
- Keep documentation current
- Hand over cleanly to the permanent team
Requirements:
- Proven BA or sales operations improvement experience
- Ability to own delivery from day one
- Opportunity-to-Order know-how across quoting, ordering, and handoffs between sales, operations, and technology
- Experience with CRM and quoting tools
- Strong requirements, process mapping, and hands-on UAT skills
- Confident stakeholder management across countries and teams
- Salesforce or CPQ experience is a bonus; other CRM and quoting platforms also count
- Multinational, shared services, or global transformation background is a bonus
- Exposure to automation or AI-enabled improvements is a bonus
