Job Description

Sales Operations & Practice Onboarding Associate supporting sales and operations for a medical fintech startup. Involves diverse tasks from sales research to onboarding practices in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Research medical practices across multiple verticals (dental, fertility, ophthalmology, veterinary, aesthetics, plastics, etc.)
  • Build and maintain databases of practices, including contact information and key details
  • Identify and gather email addresses and other contact details for outreach and targeting
  • Keep practice records up to date and organized
  • Support the sales process once a practice agrees to work with us
  • Upload and manage contracts in DocuSign
  • Organize and file executed agreements in shared drives
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored
  • Help track deal status and progress through the pipeline
  • Support implementation and onboarding of new practices
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and ensure required tasks are completed
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining onboarding workflows and checklists
  • Help troubleshoot gaps or delays in onboarding
  • Check in with existing practices via email or other communication channels
  • Support ongoing engagement to ensure practices are active and supported
  • Maintain and update Monday.com boards to reflect current status and tasks
  • Ensure data and workflows remain accurate and up to date
  • Assist with various operational tasks as needed in a growing startup
  • Help improve and document processes as the business scales
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks related to sales, onboarding, and operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple small tasks and shifting priorities
  • Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as DocuSign, Google Drive, and Monday.com
  • Strong written communication skills (email and internal communication)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Nice to Have: Experience in sales operations, rev ops, onboarding, or customer operations
  • Experience working with healthcare, fintech, or SaaS companies
  • Prior startup experience
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools
