Job Description
Sales Operations Specialist supporting sales organization through contract management and maintaining data quality. Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Sales Operations team, you will support the sales organization by ensuring contract accuracy, data quality, and smooth cross-functional cooperation.
- Reviewing, preparing, and managing sales contracts in line with internal policies and accounting requirements
- Acting as the main contact for franchise partners, business partners, and multi-unit operators, including offer preparation and contract finalization
- Identifying and implementing improvements to Sales Ops and contract validation processes, including automation and standardization
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, guidelines, and training materials
- Managing Salesforce usage, ensuring data quality, and supporting reporting and dashboards
- Supporting Account Managers across the full sales cycle
- Collaborating with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Migration, and other internal teams on complex customer cases
- Handling ad hoc Sales Operations topics
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Contract Management, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
- Ability to work with contracts, data, and processes in a structured and compliant manner
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders across departments
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve, automate, and standardize processes
- Comfort handling ad hoc topics and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
- **Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)**
