Job Description
Sales Operations Lead optimizing revenue operations for an enterprise AI platform. Driving pipeline integrity, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity in a scaling AI company.
Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and deal progression mechanics
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the funnel
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline inspection rigor
- Own weekly forecast calls and reporting cadence
- Build and maintain accurate forecasting models (pipeline, commit, upside)
- Analyze forecast variance and continuously improve predictability
- Support complex deal structuring, approvals, and pricing strategy
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal cycles
- Ensure compliance with discounting and approval frameworks
- Build dashboards and reporting across pipeline, conversion, and productivity
- Deliver actionable insights on rep performance and GTM efficiency
- Support board-level and exec reporting
- Own sales compensation plan administration and payout accuracy
- Partner on comp plan design aligned to company goals
- Model incentives and evaluate impact on behavior and performance
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar analytical role (startup experience preferred)
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL or BI tools a plus)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
