Job Description
Sales Specialist focusing on group lead response for Full-Service hotels at Hyatt. Managing a sales funnel, interacting with clients, and utilizing sales tools for revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on group lead response for a portfolio of Full-Service hotels
- Receive leads from many different sources, interact with clients, create proposals, and respond in a way that is beneficial for each hotel and their individual goals
- Manage a sales funnel and contracting business
- Utilize Envision and other sales tools to promptly respond to leads to increase conversion and revenue
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and competence in Group Sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous Hyatt Group Sales Experience
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, Envision, Opera and CVENT
