Job Description
Senior Account Manager driving sales and customer relationships in Building Automation at Honeywell. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sales responsibility for products and solutions in the Building Automation sector (building management systems, energy management, IoT solutions).
- Acquisition and management of key accounts and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Development of strategies to increase revenue and strengthen market position in the region.
- Project management from the proposal stage through contract signing.
- Market and competitor analysis and identification of new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with internal teams (Engineering, Service, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to Sales Management and preparing sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in sales of building technology/building automation solutions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), energy management and IoT.
- German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
