Job Description
Director leading HR executive assessments and research at Modern Executive Solutions. Focused on developing diverse leadership teams and mentoring talents.
Responsibilities:
- Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches
- Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments
- Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions
- Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations
- Mentor Associates and Associate Directors
- Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution
Requirements:
- Directors typically manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.
- Must have experience in conducting first-round executive interviews and leading first-stage assessments.
- Experience in exercising strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions.
- Ability to play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations.
- Must have experience in mentoring Associates and Associate Directors.
- Must maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution.
