Job Description
Identifying and validating strategic growth areas while collaborating with tech teams in renewable energy sector. Analyzing markets, developing business cases, and training sales teams for expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and validate strategic growth areas
- Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct discovery interviews with potential customers and experts
- Develop clear value propositions and prepare initial business cases
- Work closely with Product & Tech to develop new concepts
- Acquire the first customers for the new segment or product
- Responsible for the broad rollout once a new vertical, market, or product is validated
- Train the sales team to successfully scale
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in the energy or green-tech sector
- Proven track record in business development, venture building, or a comparable role
- Strong analytical skills with strategic execution
- Deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including current technologies, market trends, and sector-specific challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
