Job Description
Senior Creative Designer creating static, video, and animated paid-social content for Stronger, a Hamburg performance marketing agency. Developing concepts and advancing the design team.
Responsibilities:
- Create static, video, and animated creatives for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Strategy team
- Independently execute creative concepts
- Monitor current trends and contribute original creative ideas
- Take responsibility for your own project work within a defined scope
- Set and continuously develop quality standards
- Provide subject-matter leadership and contribute to the ongoing development of the design team
Requirements:
- Several years of experience producing paid social creatives (static, video, and animation) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Experience providing professional guidance, coaching, or support to designers
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong commitment to quality and the ability to further develop standards
- Independent, self-directed working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Clear communication when providing feedback and reporting to the Lead
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
