Job Description
Senior SEA Manager steuert internationale Google-Ads- und Search-Accounts bei hurra.com, einer deutschen Digital-Performance-Agentur. Entwicklung datengetriebener Strategien mit Automatisierung, Tracking und AI.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex national and international search accounts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable growth
- Analyze and optimize tracking, feeds, automation, scripts, and conversion data
- Challenge briefs and advise clients as a trusted, equal partner
- Contribute to pitches
- Test new Google Ads features, AI applications, and advertising platforms such as ChatGPT Ads
- Develop new solutions for clients and the team
- Collaborate with specialists in Search, Data, and Tech
Requirements:
- At least five years of full-funnel SEA experience
- Proven success managing complex Google Ads accounts
- Agency experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive clear decisions, tests, and growth opportunities from the data
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of implementing your own solutions
- Clear and persuasive communication skills
- Fluent German, including strong professional and negotiation skills
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Experience with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking, and analytics
