Job Description

Senior Demand Generation Manager leading campaign strategy for revenue team. Designing and optimizing high-impact campaigns focused on key security personas at Expel.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and optimize high-impact integrated campaigns to create and capture demand across key personas
  • Build and run creative, multi-channel campaigns that fuel predictable pipeline for sales
  • Develop and implement strategic ABM programs tailored for million-dollar deals
  • Collaborate daily with AEs, SDRs, Partner Sales, and Solution Architects
  • Measure and optimize using data to analyze what’s working, pivot fast, and keep improving

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in marketing with 5+ in enterprise/SaaS tech
  • 2+ years running ABM programs
  • Experience in cybersecurity or tech, comfortable marketing to both execs and practitioners
  • Skilled in tools like Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, and campaign performance reporting
  • Critical thinking - the ability to execute quickly and efficiently
