Job Description
Senior Director of Enterprise Sales leading and scaling contingent workforce sales at Lifted. Responsible for building a high-performing sales team and driving new revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline and land new enterprise logos (via direct sales / RFIs & RFPs)
- Own the full sales cycle through close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Lead discovery across workforce strategy, compliance, procurement, and technology
- Develop deal strategy and commercial proposals
- Define and refine Lifted’s enterprise sales playbook
- Shape ICP, messaging, and positioning based on real deal experience
- Establish repeatable processes for pipeline generation, deal execution, and conversion
- Partner cross-functionally to improve how Lifted sells and delivers
- Carry an individual quota while supporting team performance
- Hire, coach, and develop a small team of enterprise sellers
- Step into high-value or at-risk deals to drive outcomes
- Set the standard for execution, pipeline discipline, and deal quality
- Operate as a credible expert in contingent workforce models, compliance, and enterprise buying dynamics
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFPs, and executive-level negotiations
- Translate market trends into stronger positioning and deal strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently land new logos
- Experience building, hiring, or scaling enterprise sales teams or motions
- Deep knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Staffing, IC, AOR, EOR, MSP, VMS, and compliance frameworks
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate C-level conversations
- High ownership, strong pipeline discipline, and consistent follow-through
