Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting the CEO in business and operational tasks while maintaining strategic priorities and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role operates fully remote and follows Eastern Time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and business support by delivering weekly performance reports
- Coordinate and process Salesforce renewals
- Participate in leadership meetings to capture key insights
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar and time allocation
- Maintain task tracking systems and ensure accountability
- Represent the CEO in professional communications
- Support operational workflows through data entry and documentation
- Establish administrative processes to improve efficiency
- Exercise independent judgment to prioritize tasks
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience working closely with executive leadership on confidential matters
- Knowledge of financial reports and projections, with the ability to interpret and track performance indicators
- Strong independent task management skills, including prioritization and execution without constant supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and discretion
- Advanced organizational and time-management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
