Job Description

Senior Field Marketing Manager driving Cyberhaven’s data security field marketing across the West Region. Leading events, partner programs, pipeline acceleration, and sales alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the West Region's 12-month integrated field marketing strategy
  • Translate business goals into persona-informed programs across the customer lifecycle
  • Plan and execute CISO dinners, roadshows, roundtables, golf outings, sporting events, and show activations
  • Manage event logistics, contracts, vendors, communications, lead uploads, tracking, follow-up, and reporting
  • Collaborate with account executives, channel account managers, SDRs, executives, partners, sales leadership, marketing operations, global marketing, and product marketing
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, QBRs, and planning sessions
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and activate programs that accelerate deals and support ABM strategies
  • Create co-branded VAR and alliance-partner programs and track shared KPIs
  • Apply business intelligence, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to optimize campaigns
  • Analyze funnel performance, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights and executive reporting
  • Plan and manage regional budgets, track spend, and improve program outcomes
  • Contribute to persona development, messaging, localized content, campaign ideation, and content strategy

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of field marketing experience in B2B technology
  • Cybersecurity experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with West Region enterprise accounts and buying committees
  • Track record of building and executing integrated field programs that influence pipeline and accelerate deals
  • Experience owning a full calendar of regional events each quarter
  • Strong understanding of the buyer's journey, customer lifecycle, and demand generation best practices
  • Skilled in managing regional marketing budgets and reporting ROI
  • Comfortable working with sales, SDRs, partners, and marketing operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Goldcast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High initiative and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Based in the West Region
  • Willingness to travel in and out of the region for events, up to 25%
  • Must answer whether legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (US candidates)
