Job Description
Full Stack Senior System Support Analyst ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Keyrus applications. Engaging in incidents resolution and proactive problem identification.
Responsibilities:
- Support and Maintenance
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve incidents and requests in the production environment
- Proactively identify and mitigate recurring issues
- Ensure system stability and availability
- Participate in handovers with development teams
- Acquire technical and functional knowledge of applications
- Support the stabilization of new applications in production
- Evaluate and improve monitoring solutions
- Ensure adequate coverage for incident prevention
- Focus on early detection of failures
- Analyze and optimize application performance
- Perform query tuning and database object optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and propose structural improvements
- Propose process and routine improvements
- Support modernization and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting systems in production environments
- Investigation and resolution of incidents
- Log analysis and troubleshooting
- Technical knowledge: Java (J2EE) and Spring Boot
- Microservices architecture
- REST APIs / Webservices
- Angular or React
- SQL (Oracle and Sybase)
- Infrastructure and tools: Azure / Cloud Computing
- Docker
- Application Servers (e.g., JBoss)
- Git (or CVS)
- Best practices: Clean Code
- ITIL fundamentals
- Agile methodologies
