Job Description
Senior Global Account Manager responsible for key strategic accounts in the hardware and technology sector. Building relationships and driving growth while ensuring security and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute "Sell-To" and "Sell-Through" account plans to grow market share.
- Lead the transition of enterprise hardware products—including collection, repair, and reintegration.
- Partner with internal sales specialists and global technical stakeholders to translate complex customer challenges.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- Managing complex global Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Deep Industry Expertise in Information Technology hardware lifecycle processes.
- Strong understanding of Reverse Logistics, trade-in programs, take-back schemes, and regional compliance.
- Proven Ability to build long-term, consultative relationships with global enterprise customers.
- A Bachelor’s or University Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; a Master of Business Administration is preferred.
