Job Description
Senior HR Business Partner delivering strategic HR solutions and coaching leadership teams at Hanger, Inc. Effectively managing organizational change and HR programs across various Midwest locations.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team
- Coach senior leaders, managers, and employees while delivering talent, leadership, and organizational solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Ensure teams are optimally structured to support current and future business needs
- Enable leadership and employee development through planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives
- Drive large-scale change management, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for core talent and HR programs, including performance management cycles and compensation planning
- Establish excellent relationships with business leaders and employees in assigned client groups
- Develop collaborative partnerships with business client groups and across the HR team
- Analyze data, metrics, and trends in partnership with business leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required.
- Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ten to Fifteen (10 - 15) + years of progressive responsibility as a HR Business Partner.
- Strong experience with organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching and talent management, preferably within a dispersed multi-location entity.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
