Job Description
IT Operations Analyst at Luminare Health driving alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities. Enabling decision-making through operational discipline and cross-functional collaboration in IT.
Responsibilities:
- Enable operational effectiveness and executive decision-making across the IT organization
- Drive and enforce alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities
- Provide visibility, insight, and operational discipline to IT leadership
- Advance overall process maturity through cross-functional collaboration with IT Leadership
- Engage with core functions such as technology procurement, internal customer relationship management, and IT governance
- Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department
- Perform special assignments as needed beyond core functional responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in progressively responsible IT operations, strategy, or business relationship roles
- Proficient understanding of enterprise IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, service delivery, and finance
- Proficient understanding of resource management, procurement processes, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise judgment in ambiguous situations, and translate technical and operational concepts into business-aligned insights and actions.
- Industry certifications considered a plus
- Understanding of IT service management frameworks and service delivery processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean IT Practices
- Experience with Enterprise Tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI/Tableau
- Vendor Management Experience
