Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter sourcing Product and Engineering talent for Chainguard, a secure open-source software company. Owning full-cycle recruitment, executive partnership, talent pipelines, and scalable global hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Run full-cycle recruitment searches for primarily Product & Engineering roles across the U.S., with flexibility to support hiring across the international business as needed.
  • Partner with senior leaders and founders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and set expectations for what great looks like globally.
  • Build and manage pipelines anticipating growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
  • Advise leadership on talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruiting strategy.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes that scale across regions while remaining human and flexible.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record sourcing and closing top-tier Product & Engineering talent.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders or founders on high-priority, high-visibility hires.
  • Deep sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill and competitive roles.
  • Skilled at navigating global hiring challenges, including time zones, regulations, and local market dynamics.
  • Trusted advisor to hiring managers and thoughtful, respectful partner to candidates.
  • Adaptable, curious, and energized by helping a startup expand globally.
  • Agile and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven commitment to hiring diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Excitement about open source, security, or finding talent in unconventional places is a bonus.
