Job Description
Recruiter supporting technical manufacturing recruitment needs for key clients. Utilizing strong communication skills to drive recruitment processes for engineering and technical roles.
Responsibilities:
- Drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client
- Executes full cycle recruitment processes
- Leverages knowledge of role design and required competencies
- Improves effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Exceeds client expectations and expands influence
- Efficiently and accurately screens and assesses candidates
- Drives client satisfaction and loyalty
- Positioned as an expert in the world of work
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles within the Manufacturing industry
- Ability to have consultative conversations with hiring managers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to Have Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
