Job Description
Key Account Manager generating sales revenue and managing strategic customer relationships in filtration solutions at Donaldson Company, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term planning.
Responsibilities:
- Sales revenue generation through strategic customers / rate contract and new business development
- Key account management & sales agreement for MSA business
- Maintain good relations with customers and update of relationship matrix
- Lead generation, covering & maintaining opportunities in CRM
- Collect and collate market information on competition
- Close working with customer support and distribution
- Business wins, contracts, booking & coordination of inclusion in long term plan
- Setting escalators, negotiate price revisions / commodity with corporate customers
- Track opportunities prepare opportunity pipeline in CRM
- MIS data, sales data, analysis, SOB data generation, sales trend analysis
- Customer folder maintenance, presentations, business plan/ strategic planning
- Support in planning sales promotion and marketing activities
Requirements:
- B.E. (Mechanical / electrical) with overall 7-10 years of experience
- Strong hold on value selling concept
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levels
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in direct sales
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to learn new technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & CRM
- Geographically knowledge of the region and willingness to travel 60% of time
- Strong hold on English, Hindi and Gujarati or Marathi
