Job Description

Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing at KOHO responsible for leading brand strategy and campaigns in a remote role based in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Positioning & Value Proposition: Own the brand narrative. Define and refine KOHO’s positioning in the market to ensure we stand out in a crowded fintech landscape.
  • Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead brand-building campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Design and execute GTM strategies for new product and feature launches to increase user engagement, retention and profitability.
  • User-First Advocacy: Champion a "user-first" mentality. Demonstrate a deep curiosity for our user base by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform all marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Utilize strong analytical skills to set KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize spend/efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Creative, Affiliate, Social, and Performance teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
