Job Description
Senior Paid Media Specialist managing and optimizing campaigns for Amazon Ads and marketplaces like Mercado Libre. Collaborating with teams to drive performance and sales in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads and/or marketplace platforms (including Mercado Libre Ads when applicable)
- Analyze performance daily, focusing on KPIs such as conversions, sales, ROAS, and efficiency
- Adjust bids, budgets, and pacing to ensure optimal delivery and performance
- Identify performance issues and propose data-driven optimizations
- Support reporting and performance analysis with clear insights
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate execution and continuous improvement
- Follow best practices for campaign setup, QA, and ongoing optimization
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media for e-commerce or retail media
- Experience with Amazon Ads is highly preferred; experience with Mercado Libre Ads is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding, pacing, and performance optimization
- Comfort working with performance metrics and data analysis
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Advanced English level (C1) to communicate and collaborate with international stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Experience working with agencies or clients is a plus, but not required
