Job Description
Senior Partner Development Manager growing Emerson NI's test, measurement, and automation business through System Integrator partnerships. Driving partner-led sales, solution adoption, and revenue growth across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead growth of NI's business through select System Integrator partnerships
- Build executive, sales, and technical relationships with System Integrator partners across the Americas
- Create and execute business plans aligned with partner growth objectives and NI strategic priorities
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Serve as primary business leader responsible for partner success and growth
- Help partners adopt NI technology and incorporate it into repeatable customer solutions
- Support development of standardized solution offerings, packaged services, and industry solutions
- Collaborate with NI product, marketing, and business teams to align partner offerings with market opportunities
- Deliver business and technical enablement programs, training, tools, customer success stories, and solution assets
- Support partner teams throughout the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development and customer engagement
- Increase NI sales-team adoption and use of qualified System Integrator partners
- Create account-mapping initiatives, joint business plans, success stories, and sales plays
- Establish measurable partner growth plans and quarterly business reviews
- Track business performance, pipeline development, partner engagement, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain forecasting discipline and provide visibility into partner-driven business results
- Achieve revenue objectives, grow strategic pipeline, improve win rates, and establish NI as a preferred technology platform among key partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in partner development, business development, strategic alliances, channel sales, account management, or technical sales
- Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partner relationships
- Experience influencing technical and business stakeholders in complex sales environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior leaders
- Proven ability to lead initiatives across multiple functions and organizations
- Strong business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- No current or future work-authorization sponsorship required
- Preferred: experience working for a System Integrator
- Preferred: experience in test, measurement, industrial automation, manufacturing, software, engineering, or technology markets
- Preferred: experience developing partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
- Preferred: knowledge of solution-selling and partner-led sales motions
