Job Description

Partnership Manager owning HubSpot relationships, marketplace growth, and partner-sourced pipeline. Growing revenue for Fundraise Up’s global nonprofit fundraising platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the HubSpot relationship across ISV, partner, and field organizations, including joint business reviews, shared pipeline, data sharing, overlap visibility, and seller introductions.
  • Manage HubSpot partner-tier metrics and close gaps toward the top technology-partner tier.
  • Own the app marketplace listing, certification, badges, directories, and featured-placement programs; track installs through activation and revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate HubSpot solutions partners, agencies, and SI resellers through repeatable plays.
  • Carry targets for HubSpot-sourced pipeline, Closed-Won revenue, and attributable influence.
  • Run account mapping and overlap discovery against the HubSpot customer base and convert overlap into introductions.
  • Launch co-marketing campaigns, webinars, partner office hours, seller activation, and targeted outreach with Marketing.
  • Instrument attribution for HubSpot-attached opportunities and provide recovery plans when performance is off target.
  • Use AI for partner research, account mapping, referral qualification, and play development.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in partnerships, channel sales, ecosystem go-to-market, or business development with direct pipeline accountability.
  • Hands-on experience inside a major CRM or SaaS ecosystem, including its app marketplace and partner program mechanics. HubSpot strongly preferred, Salesforce or comparable acceptable.
  • A track record of recruiting and activating a partner network at scale through repeatable plays rather than bespoke management.
  • Fluency in funnel economics, partner segmentation, referral mechanics, and account mapping.
  • Enough technical literacy to hold an integration conversation credibly and translate platform constraints into a commercial case.
  • Operational command of Salesforce and tools such as Crossbeam and PartnerStack.
  • Strong written communication, and the ability to turn field learning into simple plays.
  • Nonprofit or fundraising technology experience is a nice to have.
  • Direct experience moving a company up a platform partner tier is a nice to have.

Benefits:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA and HSA Spending Account.
  • 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
  • Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
  • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
