Job Description

Strategic Account Manager driving Invivyd antibody product adoption among North Florida healthcare providers. Building compliant accounts, delivering clinical education, and executing data-driven territory strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to customers by acting as a key business owner of Invivyd resources and solutions for Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, Veterans Affairs Centers, Reimbursement Personnel, and Practice Administrators
  • Develop compliant relationships with healthcare providers across multiple specialties and account types
  • Facilitate clinical dialogue and identify obstacles to providing appropriate solutions
  • Develop territory business plans that drive product demand and support key partners and patients
  • Apply healthcare landscape knowledge to account selling across provider offices and health systems
  • Manage the territory with accountability while complying with company policies and industry regulations
  • Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources
  • Collaborate with marketing, market access, and other cross-functional teams
  • Gather and share customer insights, feedback, questions, and market data
  • Collaborate on account and territory strategy to improve access to products and services
  • Use multiple channels and data-driven prioritization to maximize selling engagement and strategic impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree with significant relevant, related industry experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals or medical device customer facing roles is required
  • Must hold a current, valid state driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) background check
  • Candidates must live within the stated territory
  • Able to fulfill requirement to be in the field five days a week, including overnights as required, conducting visits, while also completing all administrative tasks related to the role
  • Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory, as required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare providers
