Job Description

Senior Principal leading strategic partnerships in healthcare for Vizient. Focusing on account management, market insights, and collaborative performance with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse teams to identify, pursue, and manage accounts or opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong network of relationships with C-suite and operational team decision-makers
  • Provide intelligence of the healthcare market and data-driven insights
  • Identify service and solution growth opportunities and manage member evolution
  • Create a unified Enterprise Account Plan
  • Partner with providers to drive their performance in cost, quality, and market share
  • Manage forecast, revenue, service levels, profitability and growth of accounts
  • Identify and address interdependencies across projects
  • Resolve key service delivery issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree preferred
  • Master’s degree desired
  • 15 or more years of relevant experience required in a healthcare consulting, consultative solution-selling, and/or hospital leadership role
  • Experience working across the enterprise
  • Strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving desired
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excels at setting goals, developing actionable plans, and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while leading multiple strategic engagements.
  • Candidates residing in the northeastern region of the U.S. are preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly
