Job Description
Senior Product Marketing Manager shaping Apono’s agentic identity security narrative and market-entry strategy at 1Password. Driving positioning, launches, sales enablement, and content for AI-agent security.
Responsibilities:
- Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password
- Evaluate and evolve existing positioning and messaging
- Build understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and AI-agent security challenges
- Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and supporting content direction
- Partner with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders
- Translate strategy into execution using customer and market feedback
- Help shape product marketing capabilities and resources as the business grows
Requirements:
- Experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or B2B software
- Understanding of technical buyers and complex markets
- Strength in product marketing, including product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development
- Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution
- Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes
- Proactive ownership and ability to build alignment and move work forward
- Clear and confident communication with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences
- Ability to use AI tools and agents thoughtfully for research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale
- Experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization preferred
