Job Description
Senior Program Manager driving execution of sophisticated software solutions for a global firm. Collaborating with distributed teams across LATAM to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional delivery activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Maintain and optimize program schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and essential governance artifacts
- Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery practices to maintain high-quality output
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers across different workstreams to ensure on-time project milestones
- Provide clear, data-driven visibility into program health for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6+ years of proven experience in Program Management within the tech/software industry
- Deep experience supporting software or SaaS Agile delivery teams and a strong command of iterative frameworks
- Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or equivalent project management suites
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules and maintain detailed RAID logs
- Extensive experience working in distributed teams and fast-paced remote environments
- Fluent English for daily high-level technical and business communication.
