Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading telecommunications infrastructure projects involving 5G and Open RAN. Managing complex initiatives, stakeholders, risks, schedules, and technical workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead end-to-end projects and initiatives
- Manage scope, schedule, priorities, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate collaboration among technical teams, business units, and external partners
- Monitor progress and milestone achievement
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Lead project meetings and report status to stakeholders
- Manage several topics or workstreams simultaneously
- Work on the development of modern network infrastructure, including 5G and Open RAN
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Project, Program, or Product Manager in the telecommunications industry
- Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication with stakeholders
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Experience in independently leading complex projects
- Practical experience in managing scope, deadlines, and risks
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
