Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading project plans to develop treatments for brain health. Collaborates with teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Project plan(s) to support functional areas or workstreams
- Closely and proactively monitor the execution of the project plans and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the program milestones, company milestones, and objectives
- Anticipate potential risks and problems (e.g. resource bottlenecks, risks to critical milestones, inefficient processes) and proactively develop risk mitigation plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in project/program management roles in the pharma/biotech industry
- Experience in late phase development organizations
- Experience with NDA submissions is preferable
- Familiarity of working with clinical trials from a project/program management stance
