Job Description

Senior Relationship Manager growing strategic merchant accounts for Nuvei, a global fintech building payment infrastructure. Advising enterprise clients, expanding wallet share, and driving long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to grow wallet share and negotiate contractual terms
  • Provide payment solutions and support to drive business growth
  • Ensure consistent and reliable revenue growth
  • Lead and grow Nuvei’s most strategic and high-value merchant relationships
  • Provide specialized coverage, strategic oversight, executive engagement, and commercial leadership for complex enterprise-level clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping merchants unlock growth, navigate complexity, and maximize long-term value from their partnership with Nuvei
  • Raise the standard across Relationship Management and partner teams through commercial judgment, enterprise account discipline, and executive-level client leadership
  • Act as a center point to a wide range of internal functions
  • Engage, influence, and present to senior executives within client organizations and Nuvei leadership
  • Travel within the Americas for quarterly business reviews, customer meetings, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of ecommerce and payments, including card acquiring, APMs, gateway, treasury, and adjacent enterprise payment solutions
  • 10+ years of experience in the merchant services or digital payments industry
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, client-facing role
  • Proven success managing complex, enterprise-level clients
  • Strong commercial judgment, enterprise account discipline, and executive-level client leadership
  • Ability to sell complex, technology-based solutions
  • Ability to quickly form new and meaningful external and internal relationships
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including reviewing transaction and commercial data to identify trends and generate insights and recommendations
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to coordinate across a wide range of internal functions
  • Ability to engage, influence, and present to senior executives within client organizations and Nuvei leadership
  • Ability to travel regularly within the Americas for quarterly business reviews, customer meetings, and industry events
  • English (written and spoken) is the primary working language
