Job Description

Senior Revenue Enablement Manager building AI-powered workflows for ChowNow’s restaurant technology sales organization. Improving rep productivity, enablement adoption, win rates, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose productivity and skill gaps using call recordings, CRM data, pipeline metrics, and win/loss trends
  • Design, launch, measure, and iterate AI-powered rep workflows, including call prompts, next-best-action nudges, AI-drafted follow-up emails, and automated coaching flags
  • Prioritize AI workflows versus traditional training based on time saved and productivity impact
  • Lead product enablement for new product, pricing, and positioning launches
  • Create talk tracks, demo flows, competitive positioning, and launch certification programs
  • Design ongoing AE skills development and everboarding programs using frameworks such as MEDDPICC
  • Build manager playbooks and coaching tools for frontline managers
  • Use Gong AI, Claude, Notion AI, or similar tools to produce and maintain enablement content
  • Define and track leading and lagging success metrics, including behavior change, certification completion, call quality, win rate, ACV, and ramp time
  • Quantify productivity improvements and determine which workflows to scale
  • Advise Sales leadership and present impact insights to executives
  • Champion adoption of AI-driven productivity workflows across the Revenue organization
  • Report to the Director of Revenue Enablement; no direct reports
  • Within 30 days: complete onboarding, build cross-functional relationships, audit enablement programs and tooling, review performance data, and identify top productivity levers
  • Within 60 days: roll out an enablement initiative, launch AI-powered workflows, establish an AE everboarding calendar, and present progress to Sales leadership
  • Within 90 days: achieve adoption metrics, demonstrate measurable workflow productivity results, show early revenue-impact indicators, and finalize a 6–12 month AE enablement strategy

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Performance roles supporting Account Executives or Account Managers in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Proven track record leading enablement programming lifecycles end to end
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, especially SMB
  • Demonstrated experience turning a diagnosed performance gap into an AI-powered workflow or tool that changed rep behavior at scale
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Gong AI, generative AI platforms, and workflow automation tools
  • Experience operationalizing discovery and value frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC
  • Strong data fluency and ability to tie enablement initiatives to measurable business impact
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and frontline Sales Managers
  • Experience supporting call coaching platforms such as Gong and embedding coaching frameworks into manager rhythms
  • Excellent executive communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to work remotely while based in the United States; employment eligibility varies by state
