Job Description
Senior Sales Engineer leading pre-sales activities for Sophos cybersecurity solutions in CCA region. Collaborating with partners and providing technical expertise to customers and resellers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales activities for cybersecurity solutions and services in CCA region
- Collaborate with CCA partners and resellers to enhance sales efforts with technical expertise
- Serve as product expert for customers with Sophos solutions
- Deliver corporate information focused on security trends and vulnerabilities
- Share strategies to mitigate cybersecurity threats
- Provide technical guidance to partners and resellers for Sophos solutions
- Articulate complex security concepts to C-Level
- Stay updated on cybersecurity developments
- Ensure customers are informed about threats and best practices
- Reports to HQ with permissible telecommuting
- Up to 25% travel to current and prospective customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience working with decision makers to achieve sales quotas in IT or cybersecurity industry
- Demonstrated ability with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services; technical cybersecurity understanding including protection methods for Networks, Cloud Workloads, Windows, Linux and Mac OS devices
- Demonstrated ability delivering high quality product demos to customers
- Ability selling through and with channel partners, thriving in a team selling environment
- Outstanding customer experience communication skills
