Job Description

Sales Specialist driving facial aesthetics territory growth for AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics. Managing customer relationships, sales targets, territory planning, and promotional campaigns in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed monthly or year-end sales targets in units and value
  • Keep management informed about market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes, and activities
  • Plan and establish the most effective territory call cycle
  • Plan call objectives before and analyze calls after each sales call to improve efficiency
  • Report competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management
  • Organize and maintain territory records and submit timely reports to the sales manager
  • Manage expenses to maximize profitability of the assigned territory
  • Present specialized sales calls using professional sales and negotiation skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors
  • Develop and maintain product, industry, and competitive knowledge
  • Cooperate with the sales manager, product supervisor, and customer service officer to improve efficiency and implement promotional campaigns
  • Support overall business unit objectives in addition to individual objectives
  • Perform special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder, preferably business or biotechnology related
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • 1–2 years in sales force management, preferably with MNC experience
  • Good analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal and people relationship sensitivity
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling difficult customers
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Charismatic personality and strong relationship-building ability
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and expenses, and executing marketing plans
  • Experience working effectively with diverse customers
  • 2 years of experience in self-pay pharmaceuticals or medical devices under the qualification criteria
