Job Description
Senior Paid Social Manager für Fast Progression, eine Performance-Marketing- und Lead-Generation-Agentur. Entwicklung, Analyse und Optimierung von Meta- und TikTok-Kampagnen für B2C- und B2B-Kunden.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies
- Plan and optimize campaigns, particularly Meta and TikTok Ads
- Prepare weekly reports
- Analyze relevant KPIs and optimize accounts based on data
- Work closely with the Creative Team to develop new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages
- Present current performance data during weekly client calls
- Derive and implement actionable recommendations
- Strategically support clients’ continued growth by leveraging internal resources
Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads, ideally in an agency environment
- Holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Paid Social
- Excellent communication skills when working with clients, empathy, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
- Ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results
- Experience providing subject-matter leadership and mentoring team members
- In-depth understanding of tracking and attribution
