Job Description

SEA Performance Marketing Manager leading international paid search and performance campaigns for Serviceplan, Europe’s largest owner- and partner-led agency group. Managing strategy, optimization, testing, reporting, and client consultation.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for international performance campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Direct communication with clients
  • Advising on and implementing campaign optimizations in relevant tools
  • Planning, managing, and optimizing Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and App campaigns
  • Monitoring and managing KPIs, budgets, and performance
  • Developing A/B/N and multivariate testing setups
  • Evaluating test results and deriving actionable optimizations
  • Preparing results for clients, including reporting and developing a clear narrative
  • Close collaboration with the Team Lead and interdisciplinary specialists

Requirements:

  • Initial or extensive experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA/Paid Search
  • Customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional communication with clients and colleagues, both in day-to-day business and pitches
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
  • English proficiency for regular professional use
  • German proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Relevant certifications are a plus but not required
