Job Description
Software Engineer developing cloud solutions for insolvency management at stp.one. Collaborate in a team to ensure high-quality code and mentor other engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Independently implement complex development projects and user stories
- Provide technical support for design and architecture in collaboration with the team and the Technical Lead
- Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through unit tests
- Assist in project planning and closely collaborate with the product triad (UX, Product Manager, Technical Lead) and other stakeholders
- Mentor and coach software engineers
- Analyze and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle
- Produce technical documentation and design specifications
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in software development with a focus on modern technologies and architectural approaches
- Strong knowledge of C# (backend) and Angular (frontend)
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- Solid expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
- Independent, structured working style and strong IT affinity
- Very good German and English skills
